Celery & Desist

1.5 oz gin
.75 oz lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
7 dashes celery bitters
tonic water
pinch of salt

Shake gin, lemon juice, simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
Add bitters and salt to a coupe glass.
Strain the gin mixture into the glass.
Top with tonic water and garnish with celery leaves.
