1.5 oz Vanilla Vodka
1 oz Key Lime Juice
1 oz Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
Dried Coconut Crumbs

Rim a cocktail glass with dried coconut crumbs. Fill a shaker with ice and place all other ingredients. Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or twist.
