2 oz Mezcal
1 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Hibiscus Syrup
.50 oz Egg White
Hibiscus Flower
Place all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and dry shake for 30 seconds. Add ice and shake until chilled.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a hibiscus flower (or edible flower).
