The Bitching Hour

2.5 oz vodka
.75 oz cranberry juice
.75 oz simple syrup
wilton edible pearl dust in silver or white
food coloring (black if available)

Add simple syrup, cranberry juice, vodka and ice to a shaker.
Add 1-2 drops of black food coloring and shake.
Add a dash of pearl dust to the bottom of a martini or coupe glass.
Pour cocktail into your glass and serve.
Add more pearl dust if it’s not shimmery enough and stir it with a bar spoon to combine it.
